At Triangle VertiMax our training philosophy is to help athletes who want to get more explosive, quicker and faster while learning the proper skills to recover so training is maximized and injuries are prevented. They will develop confidence, high self esteem, along with not only becoming better members of their team but also a positive part of the community. Trainers should be honest with athletes and not let their own goals and ambitions overshadow their athletes goal.
Each individual athlete has the potential to improve and training should be specific to that individual. Sports specific training has many important components that are incorporated into each training session. It is important that the training environment be fun, positive and full of motivation.
